What’s SLG program?
SLG is a group physical training designed to build strength and stamina through different exercises. Each session lasts an hour and caters to 8-10 participants.
The session opens with dynamic warm-up, followed by various interval training to increase cardiovascular efficiency. It ends with stretching exercises. Training can be conducted indoors or outdoors, and incorporates activities like squats, ab crunches, push-ups and burpees, which are interspersed with running and games. No equipment is required.
What’s unique about SLG Program?
What makes SLG different is the social support. Such a fun-filled environment allows everyone to work at his or her own pace but also work in a team and encourage one another towards their weight management goals.
